Berry Muesli (Low FODMAP, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pepitas
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup dried raspberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160C and line a baking tray.

Chop the pecans roughly and place in a large mixing bowl with the raspberries, oats, chia and pepitas.

In the microwave, melt the coconut oil.

Add the coconut oil and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and stir to coat.

Turn the muesli out onto the baking tray and place in the oven for 5 minutes, before stirring and placing back in the oven for a further 5 minutes.

Leave to cool completely before storing in the cupboard or fridge.
