Chocolate and peanut butter, I believe we have already established, is one of my all time favourite combinations. Combine it with my favourite breakfast food, overnight oats, and you’ve got a match made in absolute heaven.
I have never been someone who has enjoyed savoury breakfasts. Every now and again I’ll eat eggs to start my day, but it’s normally when I’m out with friends and there’s smoked salmon included. So when it comes to the regular day to day, you’ll find me pulling a bowl full of overnight oats out of the fridge, smacking some fruit on top of it and absolutely demolishing it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- dash vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar, stirring thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are incorporated. Leave in the fridge overnight before eating.
