Fig, Raisin & Cranberry Granola (Low FODMAP, Vegan)

  • 40 grams dried cranberries
  • 40 grams raisins
  • 40 grams dried figs
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 30 grams macadamias
  • 25 grams coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 160C and line a baking tray with greased proof paper.

  2. Roughly cup the dried figs and macadamias and add them to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine and to ensure the coconut oil and rice malt syrup are evenly distributed.

  5. Spread the granola onto the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, taking the tray out of the oven to stir it every 5 minutes.
