Ahh, school holidays is upon us! While I still work in the holidays, my caseload is drastically reduced because I normally see most of my clients at school during the term time. This gives me a little time to relax, clean the house and do all those other fun chores, and of course, create some new recipes. This holidays I’m working on a Christmas eBook of low FODMAP recipes, so over the next few months keep an eye out for that!

- I’ve officially decided it’s time for another holiday and boy oh boy, do these treetop walks like whimsical and amazing.
- Last week I went to see Christopher Robin at the cinemas. It was by far one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. A total throwback to my childhood, and such an important reminder of the need for perspective, and to step back every now and again and to consciously make time for the things that bring you joy. Do yourself a favour and see it – and take tissues.
