Acai Bowl

Ingredients
- 100 grams frozen banana only just ripe to be low FODMAP
- 3 tbsp acai powder
- 80 grams frozen strawberries
- 1/2-1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter
Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and combine. NOTE: I would add 1/2 cup almond milk and add more as needed to ensure you get a nice thick consistency for your bowl.

Pour into a bowl and top with more fruit, nuts and seeds or anything desired.
