Acai Bowl (Low FODMAP, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Acai Bowl

Servings 1 bowl


  • 100 grams frozen banana only just ripe to be low FODMAP
  • 3 tbsp acai powder
  • 80 grams frozen strawberries
  • 1/2-1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut butter


  1. Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and combine. NOTE: I would add 1/2 cup almond milk and add more as needed to ensure you get a nice thick consistency for your bowl.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with more fruit, nuts and seeds or anything desired.
