Pasta Salad

  • 250 grams low FODMAP pasta
  • 80 grams celery
  • 100 grams kalamata olives
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs


  1. Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and set it aside to cool.

  2. Chop the celery, tomatoes, and olives and add them to the cool pasta.

  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and herbs and pour over the pasta and vegetables. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
