Chia Jam

Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 12 servings


  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • dash vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup water


  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until it thickens and forms a jam-like consistency. Keep in mind that it will thicken more as it cools.
